Japan is a fusion of ancient traditions and the most advanced technology. And it is definitely shaky at times....
We visited Nikko National Park for a long weekend in September.. It is famous for its old temples and shrines and dates back to the 8th century. We went to Yumoto in the mountains and hiked the whole day back to the village.
Louise and her mom went to Kyoto by Shinkansen. Louise has been there before, but not on the bike! We covered a lot of ground and we had superb weather.
With Ben and Marga we went to Kamakura for a daytrip. Again by bike we explored the area from top to bottom.
